Frame: Critical Damage
‘Frame: Critical Damage’ is what I consider to be my flagship project coming out of university. The game was researched, designed and developed throughout my last year of studies, with supervision of my superb tutor. The two main themes of the game were procedural generation, and physics-based spaceship simulation. I have learned a tremendous amount from this project, along with the dissertation I wrote about it. This is also the project that sparked my interest in procedural content generation and emergent gameplay design; concepts which I try to employ in the games I make, whenever possible.
The game can be found on itch.io, and a trailer is available to watch here.
